Urgent Care near North Las Vegas

“There was a wait but that's to be expected since I didn't schedule an appointment prior to my visit like four(4) others ahead of me had. The location was easy to find and had ample parking. The facility was clean and spacious with bathrooms and a water fountain in the waiting room as well as a big screen tv that was playing cartoons, I think. All the staff was friendly and nice. I was sitting near the reception desk so I could hear they were nice, friendly and helpful to everyone who approached them. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Listened to everything I said, I didn't feel the least bit rushed. Overall, it was a positive experience and I think I was out of there in approximately two(2) hours. update: I called because the pharmacy closed at 7pm(use to be 9pm) but I really needed the prescription tonight; She remembered me and accommodated me by sending my prescription to a different pharmacy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!“

Dr. Sharma is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Dr. Sharma not only is very thorough but also is down to earth to make sure you're comfortable. So if you are tired of the fast pace doctors and want a down to earth family doctor this is the place. They also have a medical beauty spot next door for your Botox and lip injections. This truly is your one stop medical service.“

“Dr. Capobianco is AMAZING! There is a reason why he is so successful and has 3 practices in the valley! I know that it's hard to be successful in healthcare these days because of inflation and staffing. But he just went above and beyond and I called me on a Saturday to make sure I had what I needed. This was the doctor himself, not an employee or other provider. He was actually the only one who called me in such a timely fashion after trying to get help for an issue for 2 weeks. Dr. C is a rare gem! He actually cares and follows through despite being responsible for 3 practices!“

“I went to the Urgent Care at Southwest Medical, and there's a security guard named Donta. He's diligent, responsible, and incredibly patient. While maintaining order, he patiently assists patients by pushing wheelchairs. He's truly a good person!“
