I went in yesterday to follow up on a sudden onset of pain and a mass. The assistant that took my vitals, Zoila, was very kind and PA Bautista was amazing and helped to get me set up with a specialist regarding my particular issue. Truly, all of the staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional, including reception and security. Great facility and wait time was minimal. Thank you!
Extremely convenient, clean, polite staff. I have gone here twice and was happy with the service each time. I wish I knew about this place sooner! Parking is easy, check in is easy, wait times are low.
I had to leave another review as I needed to bop in again this morning to get my wound checked. I was having a pity party and crying because I'm going on day 7 of not being able to walk and the gal at the check In desk was so sweet and kind and made me feel better instantly. I wish I got her name! Then, the nurse who took me back to get my vitals was so kind and knew I was feeling sad. She had either blue or purple hair, I believe, and was just the sweetest and so patient with me. She then took me into the procedure room and made sure I was okay before she left.
