Today I went down to do an infusion at the treatment center in this facility and was delighted and made at most comfort like home, for my visit. Kelly & Nicole are wonderful nurses and are great with bed side manner ! Thanks Ladies ?
I really appreciate the high level of professionalism and care that I've received here. I've been here twice, once for fluoroscopy and again for a CAT scan. (since they have a 24-hour emergency clinic, the CT machine is always operational and I had a routine scan at 8am on a Sunday!). You should have an appointment for any non-emergency scans. The waiting room and all patient-areas were clean and well-lit. Special shout-out to Kayla, one of the techs, who was exceptionally compassionate during a stressful time.
This facility is amazing!!!!I had an appointment with a Gastro Dr and totally forgot my wallet but I had my license and insurance saved in my digital wallet and luckily the registration rep accepted it and asked to just bring them next visit. Also since I forgot my wallet i didn't have my credit cards so luckily they take digital cards so I just had to tap my phone and it was charged. They even offered to just bill it but luckily the credit card device took digital transactions. The service was amazing. The only thing I highly recommend is ask all the questions you need to while your there cause you won't be able to get through if you tried to call in. The waits on calls are over an hour at the least. Overall, you'll be happy with the treatment you get!
