“Facility appears clean and maintained from my observation. Locker room was clean and supplies complementary at the sink and showers - soaps, deodorant etc. Parking was on site and there were ample spaces. the equipment was clean and i saw no out service on any while I was working out. Overall I have major complaints and would recommend anyone looking for a new gym to check them out. First visit is complimentary!“

“I've been a member since the summer of 2023 and have enjoyed the classes and instructors. The facility is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The instructors provide feedback and modifications which is always helpful for beginners and for those with injuries or disabilities. The classes have helped with my fibromyalgia pain and have allowed me to stay physically active.“
