“I like to take Pilates classes when I travel and am away from my home studio, and after learning about the owner Ray’s long history with Pilates I was especially excited to take classes at Pilates Santa Fe while I was visiting the area.This was a great all levels class in a small class size, with regular adjustments and individualized tips from the instructor Nicole. The movements were challenging without being overwhelming, and included plenty of deep stretching.My class exceeded my expectations and I’ve already picked up a few adjustments and movements to incorporate into my practice at my home studio. I look forward to trying a private session and a few more classes while I am nearby, and will definitely be visiting Pilates Santa Fe on my future trips here.“
