“From start to finish this was a good experience. I called about our fridge not staying cold. I scheduled a date so they could come and take a look. On the scheduled date, he was on time and inspected the fridge. Thirty minutes after he left, I received a call with an estimate. I agreed. They ordered the part and he came and installed it. It's been working fine since then. I feel they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again.“

“Hello I was in the store on Saturday around 5:00 pm and there was a lady that worked there she is very nice and very understanding with a another customer the worker had told the customer that they don’t do repairs after 5:00 pm and the customer said she would write a bad review on the worker because your company rule say that can’t do repairs after 5:00 pm the customer left a nasty review on your work and she is lying about everything she wrote in her review and that’s sad how she lied on the worker I feel like the worker should get a raise she never yelled or went off on that women the worker stayed calm and did he work“

“Technician was excellent but Sears repair took 3 months to fix my stove. Same thing with my dishwasher repair. Took 2 months to be repaired. Seems like they drag out the repairs while receiving $65 a month for the warranty. Trying to get a live rep on the phone is a joke.
