“Technician was excellent but Sears repair took 3 months to fix my stove. Same thing with my dishwasher repair. Took 2 months to be repaired. Seems like they drag out the repairs while receiving $65 a month for the warranty. Trying to get a live rep on the phone is a joke. When you do get a rep, you end up calling at least 4 different numbers to get a person that can assist you.Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair“

“I was recently in the market for a home espresso set up. After weeks of doing online research and wanting to test out machines in person, I found Action Coffee. I am so thankful I found this family-owned hidden gem right under my nose here in Bergen county. This was the place for me as I value good customer service. From the moment I called to see what machines they had in stock, Jim was nothing short of fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge, is welcoming, passionate, but not pushy at all, and just an all around cool guy! When I went to check out the machine that I was interested in, I was greeted with an espresso. Jim had the machine all set up for me and walked me through how to use it. I ended up getting a Rancilio Silvia and Fiorenzato f4 Evo grinder as well as a bunch of goodies for my new set up. They also sell quality beans and supply many local cafes and restaurants. You must try their Black velvet blend. It’s excellent! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my coffee needs and recommend that all my family and friends do the same. They were finally able to make all the repairs and even were so kind as to refund our original cost of repairs to accommodate for the inconvenience caused.
