A few weeks ago the thermometer broke off on our 20-year old Viking stove. Len's Appliance Repair was recommended by both Viking and the appliance dealer. I called on a Wednesday. I dealt with Elise who was professional and courteous. She was able to give us a Friday appointment with Alex. She asked exactly what the problem was with the stove. I took the opportunity to list the other issues and she took detailed notes. When Alex arrived he went over everything with us. Great service. Company is very responsible and trustworthy. Elliott and office staff were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the repair to our refrigerator and obtaining factory authorized parts and service without charge.

Elliot was literally a life saver! We were having a “milestone” birthday party and had family from all over the country coming in. Murphys law struck and struck hard! Not only did our fridge blow out, our wall oven wouldn’t heat and all on a Saturday. Elliot came within a few hours, dissected the appliances and diagnosed what the issues were.. unfortunately we needed parts?. Murphys law was really trying out patience. (It was so simple to just order food in, we had $100’s of food getting ready to spoil!)Elliot actually called a supplier he had worked with for years in Brooklyn who opened and supplied the parts we needed.
