The second was Breaking ice i looked at the reviews and called. They said they would send someone out later today between 1 and 3. I said ok.. so far so good. They sent me a text at 12:30 with photo of Yousef telling me he was on his way. He was here by 1pm. Save guy as the photo.. Very nice, polite, and professional.
