They have bailed us out on the coldest and hottest days of the year without hesitation. They also have a great combination traditional and new ways of working with older units which tend to be our homes previous down fall. Their teams were able to bring everything up to code and even bail us out of a leaking base board while new floors were being put in at the same time. Thanks to Frank, Hip and Joey.11-27-21Hip diagnosed issue of "no heat" and "inactive thermostat" remotely over the telephone for me this morning and pinpointed the source of the problem. Heating was restored immediately after properly securing the panels. Power to thermostat resumed and we are so thankful for Hip's help. I know now what I need to check after replacing the filter.
