There is nothing but good things I can say about my experience with ULTRA AIR. They replaced my old Central Air furnace and air conditioning unitFor the response to our inquiry, to the quote process to installation, everything was A1.Promised schedule for installation kept, professional and pleasant staff and fair pricing. The installers even cleaned up after the job was done. Looks like they never been there, but they must have, as I see a new unit working in the basement.Thank you Ultra Air !

I wanted to share my positive experience with Rich Moraski and Ultra Air. I first spoke to Rich 2 years ago when I had an issue with my boiler. He was referred to me by my neighbor. I reached out to Rich for a second opinion and sanity check as I was already down the road with another plumber. Even though I was not using Rich, he took the time to speak with me and help review the proposal in my possession.Fast forward to last Fall '23. I had purchased new Honeywell smart thermostats to replace the 20+ year old old ones in my home. We are so pleased with Rich Moraski and the Ultra Air team. Our heat stopped working during the frigid temps, and through a friends’ recommendation we contacted Ultra Air. We called them towards the end of the day and a technician arrived within the hour. He walked us through where the problem was and let us know they would order the part and return tomorrow. First thing, next day, a technician arrived and replaced the broken part.Rich and the team were so courteous and professional and their immediate response to fix the problem was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend UltraAir.
