The unit was old, had a few issues, but we couldn't afford a new one at the time. Talk about being able to work magic, this man can. Got another 5 years out of it! He also helped us track down a window unit that would fit in our window on the 3rd floor and cool the whole floor. We have also used him for our refrigerator and drier. On the scheduled date, he was on time and inspected the fridge. Thirty minutes after he left, I received a call with an estimate. I agreed. They ordered the part and he came and installed it. It's been working fine since then. I feel they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again.“

“Technician was excellent but Sears repair took 3 months to fix my stove. Same thing with my dishwasher repair. Took 2 months to be repaired. Seems like they drag out the repairs while receiving $65 a month for the warranty. Trying to get a live rep on the phone is a joke.
