Arrived on time, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Replaced the broken part in my dryer with the new part he had in his car. Could not have had an easier appliance repair transaction. On the scheduled date, he was on time and inspected the fridge. Thirty minutes after he left, I received a call with an estimate. I agreed. They ordered the part and he came and installed it.
