I can see why Emad has so many 5 star reviews. He responds very quickly and works with integrity. I called him for a service call on a rainy cold Sunday and he came within an hour. Every step of the way, Emad was very communicative And informative and he does everything he can to figure out all possible solutions. It’s evident he really cares for his clients, their property and to his work. His heart is really in it to help his customers. Zaina is very professional and knowledgeable. He came on time , as promised. He came prepared and conducted a diagnosis test to discoverer the real problem with my furnace. Zaina solved the problem and also solved some peripheral issues related to the wall radiators. Si no hablas Ingles, no es problema, Zaina comprende el trabajo que require tu boiler. Very important, he charges according to the job done and not by the time spent in doing the job.
