“Great experience. Very fast service and Tim was extremely patient with all of my questions as I had many! I was torn between trying to finish out the season with my existing system or replacing the entire system now as I knew it would definitely have to be replaced before next summer. I decided to replace it now and I’m very happy with that decision. My house has not felt this cool in a couple of years. “Review! So last night my air conditioning decided it wanted to stop working. It got hot super fast. I was recommended to Lafferty Heating and Cooling. I got their answering service early this morning. Lauren called me back promptly and set up for them to come out between 12 and 4. At 1130, I got a call from Bob who said they would be here within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being here. They walked me through what had happened and what they needed to do to get it working again. “Before the winter kicked in, I decided to have my heater serviced with a name brand company.<br><br>I figured for the $59.99 check up could not hurt. Well they told me that my furnace had a “crack” and it was dangerous to run.<br><br>They proceeded to slap on a sticker and made me sign a waiver that said if i turn it on, they are not responsible.<br><br>They then said they would send a sales person over to give me an estimate.<br><br>Ahhh makes sense now right?<br><br>I kindly refused and began the hunt for a HVAC person I could trust and price was right.<br><br>Only Charlie from Accu service actually checked the unit, turned it on and tried his best to diagnose- he was honest- said I could squeeze another year out of it.<br><br>He left it up to me. No pressure tactics, no sales pitch. He was confident about his ability and diagnosis.<br><br>After researching other companies, i decided that Charlie was the best fit.<br><br>It was a great choice! He was detail oriented, knowledgeable, and enjoyed what he does.<br><br>I decided to get my AC unit and Heater replaced and the price is paid was in my budget.<br><br>The unit looks great and runs smooth!<br><br>I totally recommend him!<br><br>His staff also was great in assisting with filing the rebate forms for the Electric and Gas companies!<br><br>Btw - he’s an owner /operator!
