“I called affordable heating and air conditioning service talk the owner Sam great guy. Sam took time out of his day to speak to me. Talk for over a hour trying to help me with my problems. You can learn a lot from him now I have a better i understanding of what I need to do and pointed me in the right direction. Sam is what you call a one man band there is nothing he doesn’t know but if he doesn’t be a sure he will figure it out . Who out in that business would follow up to see how you made out. “We called MC Best Heating and Air when our heater stopped working. Mark arrived within 2 hours, and repaired the issue. Recognizing that our current HVAC system was getting very old (24 years), we hired Best Heating and Air to replace our 2 zone HVAC system in our home. Their pricing was very reasonable (we got 3 quotes), and it was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated Mark and Steve taking the time to lay protective covering in my hall, steps and basement carpets, ensuring the least amount of mess occurred. Mark took care of all of the permits and the inspection was successful without issue. Upon learning that Best possessed both electrical and plumbing licenses, we hired them to do work in our basement. Again, Mark worked closely with the township, attempting to make this as painless as possible. He and Steve worked on rerouting duct work, securing electrical wires, replacing all recessed lighting, updated drop ceiling, among other things. “We recently bought a house and needed to replace the HVAC system. We got a few estimates and ended up going with Sanders, primarily because of their attention to detail and thinking through what was going to be the best for a replacement system. Many HVAC companies just want to come in and replace whatever you have with a new version of the same thing without considering proper sizing, ducting, etc. Rich and Bill from Sanders took a lot of time to think through the best way to do things and answer all our questions. Sanders was the most expensive of the estimates, because the scope of work they proposed to do was larger than the other companies (there were issues with our current ducting due to a remodel by a prior owner), but we still went with them because of their thoroughness.When it came time to do the work the team lead by John did a great job, and the finished product looks great and is working well. We were at work most of the time the work was being done, so we didn't have a lot of interactions with the team doing the work, but all the interactions we did have were positive and we'd be happy to have them working in our house again should the need arise.The job was just done a few weeks ago, so we haven't yet had the inspections, and haven't had long enough with it yet to see how it works in all seasons and how it affects energy usage (we went from a traditional system to a hybrid heat pump/furnace). I'll update this review once that's all done.“

“Just had a Noritz Combi Boiler installed today. The 3 men, who came promptly at 8:00AM as scheduled, stayed until 6:15PM to finish the job. They all were extremely competent, friendly and pleasant to be around. They left my place cleaner than when they arrived and took away my old boiler and hot water heater. John's AC & Heat is lucky to have such dedicated employees. Thanks Josh, Bruce and Mason. The office personnel, Carrie and Amanda, who prepared all the paperwork for getting me rebates, and the 84 month PSE&G interest free loan where outstanding.
