“SK Heating came recommended by a trusted friend who knew I was in a bind with a heating issue just before COVID. In the dead of winter, Saki came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I know he wedged me into an already-tight schedule and it was life-saving move! Since then I have used SK for routine maintenance and repairs. Today, I experienced another issue with a pressure valve on a heater that is on its last legs. Saki came over, diagnosed the problem and we have a repair visit scheduled for later this week. He was frank about the age of the heater and we discussed the possibility that it needs replacement, but he was honest and fair and said he could do a repair so I can get another few years out of it. I so appreciate the honesty and expert advise! Saki is not only reliable, thorough and knowledgeable, he's a decent guy! A real gentleman! I would not trust my Heating/HVAC repair and service to anyone else.“

“We called MC Best Heating and Air when our heater stopped working. Mark arrived within 2 hours, and repaired the issue. Recognizing that our current HVAC system was getting very old (24 years), we hired Best Heating and Air to replace our 2 zone HVAC system in our home. Their pricing was very reasonable (we got 3 quotes), and it was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated Mark and Steve taking the time to lay protective covering in my hall, steps and basement carpets, ensuring the least amount of mess occurred. Mark took care of all of the permits and the inspection was successful without issue. Upon learning that Best possessed both electrical and plumbing licenses, we hired them to do work in our basement. Again, Mark worked closely with the township, attempting to make this as painless as possible. He and Steve worked on rerouting duct work, securing electrical wires, replacing all recessed lighting, updated drop ceiling, among other things. This was a big job, and Mark was always very communicative, letting us know the status of the job. I would highly recommend Best Heating and Air.“

“Frank came to my house in an emergency. I had a humidifier that was leaking. But what he found was my hot water heater did not have a vent and carbon monoxide was coming out of it. He literally saved my life and my daughter’s lives. He came for two days to help fix the horrible job that I had done three years ago by a different company on the air conditioner and heater. He fixed the humidifier and he vented the hot water heater and cleaned up the mess that the last air conditioning company did. Billy came and did his due diligence to dx the issue and advised that we needed to replace furnace asap. While we were away they replaced it (next day) & Billy came back after we got back to ensure everything was in good working order. Professional, efficient & easy to work with (rare these days). “My water heater failed on a Tuesday morning. I called Joe and left a message explaining what happened. 30 minutes later he called me back to ask me for some more details, then got back to me about a half hour later with a price and a time slot for 9am the next day. His team came in I had a new heater installed and running two hours later. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly and left everything as clean as they found it. I'm calling Joe next Spring to install some split units in my house, and I recommend you do, too.“

“I truly can't say enough good things about this company! Really quick response time, very caring staff, and impeccable craftsmanship. They were always upfront about where they saw issues in our home and checked in later in the month to make sure everything was still ship shape. A bit more detail about what we had done - Our house had some sort of pest in the ceiling that was driving our cats and dog crazy. We had an exterminator come, but he was useless, saying that we would have to wait for the vermin to die in the ceiling and to let the smell dissipate once it died. :/ Thankfully, we then called Mike. He agreed that the exterminator's plan was not optimal, and, after discussing options, he cut a hole in the ceiling to install a humane trap and put a cover over the hole that looks like it had always been in the house. He checked all places a rodent could get in, literally from the roof to the foundation, and patched all holes. There was flashing that was peeling off around our roof that he fixed, and huge holes in our basement that led to the backyard, as well as our hoarder neighbor's house. Mike and his crew worked around my hectic schedule, came within 24 hours to set up traps, and removed anything that was caught. It is apparent how much Mike and Evolution care about their customers, and we are grateful to have people we can trust in our home. Thanks to their efforts, our home is now pest free!“
