Fantastic experience with the Ace Duct Cleaning team. From booking the appointment online for my convenience, through the consistent text updates confirming the appointment, all the way through such a professional, customer centric approach to the work. I was given feedback on the state of my home, I was given guidance on how to keep things running smoothly and everything was left spotless. I already have them as a reminder on my calendar for the next clean. Highly highly recommend!
Guy just finished working on my dryer duct, Amazing job walked me through everything that was being done. Was on time and lucky for them they didn’t have to cut my ceiling open (was already open due to a pipe leaking) to finish up cleaning a hard to get spot. Highly recommend them!
Super respectful, explained what they were going to do/doing, and were very nice to our pup! Seemed to do a good and thorough job! We had a duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and did the sanitizing dog. They communicated arrival and arrived on time. All in all great experience! Thank you
