I am so thankful I found this family-owned hidden gem right under my nose here in Bergen county. This was the place for me as I value good customer service. From the moment I called to see what machines they had in stock, Jim was nothing short of fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge, is welcoming, passionate, but not pushy at all, and just an all around cool guy! When I went to check out the machine that I was interested in, I was greeted with an espresso. Jim had the machine all set up for me and walked me through how to use it. I ended up getting a Rancilio Silvia and Fiorenzato f4 Evo grinder as well as a bunch of goodies for my new set up. They also sell quality beans and supply many local cafes and restaurants. You must try their Black velvet blend. It’s excellent! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my coffee needs and recommend that all my family and friends do the same.
