So, my husband started going here and recommended it to me, so we went for our eye exams and I have to say they are wonderful. “I had the best experience at Beyer Eye with Patty and Bianca in optical. I had purchased a pair of eyeglssses on Monday and I realized they needed an adjustment. So on Tuesday I had the adjustment made and they were still too tight. I went back on Wednesday and had another adjustment done. Bianca told me if they still were giving me trouble to call and make an appointment with Patty. I made an appointment with Patty for Thursday. I went Thursday and Patty relized that I need lighter frames. She was so nice and helpful finding the glasses that were right for me. Patty also took her time with me. I never felt rushed. Patty and Bianca were just so nice and helpful that I would highly recommend Beyer Eye if you need glasses. Customer service with these two ladies was above and beyond wonderful. “Super nice, competent, and thorough doctor. I was very nervous after having gone a very long time without getting my eyes checked up due to the pandemic (where I just relied on my glasses). She was incredibly nice and explained everything thoroughly. Really appreciated a thorough eye exam, contact lens fitting, explained things I should be aware of in the future with my glasses/contacts/eyes overall, offered ideas, offered samples, and was overall a very intelligent doctor. Wish the front desk person had a tad more patience with me, and the office could've used a little cleaning (it was a shared space maybe?), but overall an experience where I went in nervous and came out a lot less so.
