This is a family owned and operated practice, and they treat you like you're part of their own. They really go out of their way to make sure you're happy. They kept getting new stock every other week to find the right size for my 5-year-old, and they never stopped until they found one that fit and that we liked. Dr. Shah has all the patience in the world to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the service. 5 stars for their unparalleled commitment and customer service.

I absolutely love this place. It’s a small family owned business that focus on customers and patients. We went once we got our new vision insurance. Dr. Shah is amazing. She makes sure that you are very comfortable with the new prescriptions. They worked well with my son learning to get his contacts in for the first time. They rework numbers so that you get the best deal with your insurance. The receptionist Dani is very knowledgeable and very sweet. I enjoy talking with her all the time. I recommend Bright Vision to everyone.
