I went to see Margaret Ritterbusch (for my yearly check up) and her appointment was so rushed and quick that I left with doubts that I had even had a thorough check up. I also feel that the prescription I received was not quite accurate, as she whisked me through the whole process. When I went to get new glasses, I realized how off the prescription actually was. It seemed like she was so nonchalant that she just didn't care about me as a patient. I also had a horrible and rude experience with the tech who did the preliminary testing, as she was also very short and impatient. Dr Coleman seems competent and nice but good luck to you if you are trying to use your health insurance here. If some things are covered by your vision plan and some by your medical plan, pick one and pay list price for the others because it is their "policy" to only put a claim through for one or the other. Not that they can't, just that it is their "policy". And if you'd like to talk to a billing supervisor, apparently there's another policy to ignore requests for call backs. Lots and lots of choices for eye care out there and I won't be back to Prism/Outlook.

Dr Coleman is very professional and easy to explain your situation I had used the Doctor who retired for many years and and was very worried about a new Doctor but now I'm very happy with Dr. Coleman and the technician Christine was excellent I would highly recommend going to outlook
