“I was recently in the market for a home espresso set up. After weeks of doing online research and wanting to test out machines in person, I found Action Coffee. I am so thankful I found this family-owned hidden gem right under my nose here in Bergen county. This was the place for me as I value good customer service. From the moment I called to see what machines they had in stock, Jim was nothing short of fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge, is welcoming, passionate, but not pushy at all, and just an all around cool guy! When I went to check out the machine that I was interested in, I was greeted with an espresso. Jim had the machine all set up for me and walked me through how to use it. I ended up getting a Rancilio Silvia and Fiorenzato f4 Evo grinder as well as a bunch of goodies for my new set up. They also sell quality beans and supply many local cafes and restaurants. You must try their Black velvet blend. It’s excellent! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my coffee needs and recommend that all my family and friends do the same. “Hello I was in the store on Saturday around 5:00 pm and there was a lady that worked there she is very nice and very understanding with a another customer the worker had told the customer that they don’t do repairs after 5:00 pm and the customer said she would write a bad review on the worker because your company rule say that can’t do repairs after 5:00 pm the customer left a nasty review on your work and she is lying about everything she wrote in her review and that’s sad how she lied on the worker I feel like the worker should get a raise she never yelled or went off on that women the worker stayed calm and did he work“
