The exceptional feature of this company is their communication. Michael actually answers his phone, really listens to you and attempts to solve things. Their online system sends you a text to confirm the service appointment and another text letting you know exactly when the tech will arrive. And they arrive on time!

Jonathan installed a new toilet and replaced the faucets on two sinks. Jacob snaked clean our slow drains. Everything done with care and confidence.

We all know how difficult it is to find a good service company. MJ Plumbing is exceptional. And that’s a rare find these days!

This is an additional review. We needed help with a leaking toliet. This is the second time we have called MJ Plumbing to fix a problem. Their service is always first rate. Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

“It’s never a good sign when you are adjusting the temperature in your shower with a single handle and it comes off in your hand. The bathroom in our 110 year old house was “updated” in the 1950’s. A 7am call to AA Plumbing and Heating was answered with a visit by 8am the same day. “I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest. “Matt from sales came to our home after a tech earlier diagnosed the problem as a freon leak and the system needed replacement. After 25 years it was not a surprise. Matt took measurements, checked our existing installation and presidented multiple options. He was very informative and patient with all our questions. Fast forward today Cirilo and Justin arrived 8am and got immediately to work replacing our old system with a new one. They were polite, kept our home clean, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. They are a credit to their company and it was a pleasure having them in our home.
