My water heater failed and I called Gladiator to have it replaced. This is the first time I've used their service. The service call technician quickly answered the phone and took down all my information and I was given a repair/replace date and time that worked with my schedule. The plumbing engineer technician arrived on time with my replacement water heater which I requested to be replaced. I received an email prior to his arrival showing the truck that he would be driving with a picture of the technician that would replace the water heater. I requested estimates for split heating systems. Technician Darek demonstrated extensive knowledge and patiently explained all the details I inquired about. I'm truly grateful for his assistance. Thank you.
Gladiator is amazing. The technicians are all so kind and knowledgeable. Anytime we’ve had an issue or even a plumbing or hvac emergency, they did everything to get us an appointment asap! The customer service is phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone in the Bergen/Rockland area!
