“I am extremely pleased with the professional quality of work that Marcos of Northern Jersey Plumbing performed on my older house. Marcos is an excellent plumber who works diligently and efficiently. He replaced two leaking older toilets (1 had the water tank bolted to the wall from 1966) & leaking kitchen sink pipes. He is dependable as he arrived on time with all the materials needed for the job. Plus he is extremely polite and cares about his work and his customers. I could not be any happier.Marcos was the 5th plumber I had contacted for the leaky toilet where the tank was bolted to the wall. The first plumber was paid to "patch" the pipe with cement and was supposed to bring a replacement toilet. That repair only lasted a few weeks and the original plumber never came back to replace the toilet even after I called to say the pipe was leaking again. The second plumber mentioned that he had never seen an older toilet bolted to the wall before but could replace it and then did not show up for the appointment. A 3rd plumber showed up to fix the leak and replace the toilet. He measured and said he would return with a replacement toilet once he found one small enough to fit the tight space it was in and didn't bother to fix the leak and never returned or answered my calls. The 4th plumber never returned my call. I mention this because these plumbers were all recommended to me by friends and it has been a long and difficult process to find someone willing to work on a small job in an older house.When I called Marcos, I explained the situation to him and he was happy to help. He showed up on time and was extremely resourceful. He measured the area and called his supplier and found a replacement toilet while on the phone in less than 2 minutes. The replacement toilet is a small average size toilet that did not need to be special ordered. Marcos came back the next day and fixed everything. I will definitely be calling him again for all future work!“

“We had to replace our very old central AC and had a fantastic experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They offered multiple options and explained the benefits. We went with the middle cost option and a week later a large crew showed up for 2 days. They put down protection everywhere and day 1 they removed the old, huge, AC units and equipment from the attic along with the 2 outside units. Day 2 they installed the new attic unit, thermostats and the outside unit. What a polite, respectful, hard working group. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning offered a fantastic finance plan that was easy to sign up for. We have had no problems with the installation and it has worked flawlessly for approaching a year.During the heating season, we had an issue with our gas furnace so I called them again. They came out and repaired the problem, but we ended up having a much bigger problem with the old clay lying in the chimney deteriorating and blocking the exhaust. They replaced the chimney liner for a very reasonable cost, doing the work themselves, again with an extremely polite and clean team.In a time where it can be tough to even have a contractor get back to you, let alone show up and do great work, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air (pun intended).“

“Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“

“Tom and Olympic Heating did a Herculean job. I was told my Central Air Unit was broken and I needed to replace both the compressor and the air handler for a lot of money - which we didn't have at the time. I was told this by several companies. Tom said, our units were good units and could probably be repaired - he came out and sure enough was able to fix it. Then they came out to do full maintenance, and releveled the units - and we have Central Air working again. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend their services.“
