I was given a very thorough eye exam and two other eye issues were found and need to be corrected before I can have Cararact surgery. Everyone at ilumin is very friendly and professional. “I went in to get my frame adjusted as my glasses felt like they were sitting awkwardly on my face due to a slight bow on one of the arms. After the adjustment, my lenses seemed hazy and the worker told me there was nothing that could be done as my lenses were out of warranty. Initially, I was quite frustrated as it felt like this issue was not caused by me, however, the next day, I spoke with the manager and she was extremely helpful and understanding. She expressed that the situation was odd and this normally doesn’t happen, but she offered to give me new lenses for free! I really appreciated her willingness to understand my complaints and work with me to find a solution.“

“I love Warby Parker and the whole concept behind their company! One for one is fantastic when you think about how many people are in need of glasses. I think that their prices are more than reasonable and it's fantastic that Omaha has a brick and mortar store where you can go to try on glasses. My lenses typically cost more because I need to get high index due to my prescription. I pay $125 plus tax at Warby Parker, whereas at LensCrafters I had paid upwards of $450 for glasses before. Warby Parker has an extremely vast selection and really something for everyone. They also offer multiple fits for their frames so you are able to get a perfect fit. I have found that each time I go into the store that the employees are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the products they carry and how to file with insurance. If you don't want to go into the store they also offer a try-on at home option where they mail you frames to test out. I will never not get my glasses from Warby Parker!“

“I went for my annual eye exam today with Dr. Mizener. I have had cataract surgery and was experiencing some mild issues thinking I needed a new prescription. I was quickly checked in by a friendly and efficient young lady. I sat in the waiting room and was called within a 5-10 minutes. I was taken back to a room by Beth P. She was absolutely fabulous. I have worn glasses and contacts for over 60 years. Beth was just great. I asked her how long she has been doing this and she said "over 20 years" and I could tell she knew what she was doing. We completed my refraction and Dr. Mizener came in to look at my eyes talk with me. He was great also. I left feeling my eyes were in good hands with both Dr. Mizener and the wonderful Beth P. I could write a lot more but I will stop. Great eye visit. I highly recommend Midwest EyeCare, Dr. Mizener and "Beth P."“
