All of the staff are courteous, polite, respectful, and friendly. Personally, bonus points for a short waiting time! No one enjoys waiting, do they? They get the job done quick, and they do it well. I was very impressed with all of the staff, and of course Dr. Brumm.I would (and will) recommend to all in need of ophthalmological care.

Everyone from intake to Dr. Brumm were very professional, caring and polite. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but the tall woman that did my intake was beyond professional and I ask that she be my intake person each visit. Dr. Brumm; there aren't sufficent words to express my feelings about his expertise and management of my serious optic nerve problem. I'm so truly thankful he is my Opthalmologist.Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this survey.

Staff are super friendly. Explained everything they were doing throughout the process and why. Also very helpful in letting me know how much my insurance would cover towards the cost of new glasses.
