I went in to get my frame adjusted as my glasses felt like they were sitting awkwardly on my face due to a slight bow on one of the arms. After the adjustment, my lenses seemed hazy and the worker told me there was nothing that could be done as my lenses were out of warranty. Initially, I was quite frustrated as it felt like this issue was not caused by me, however, the next day, I spoke with the manager and she was extremely helpful and understanding. She expressed that the situation was odd and this normally doesn’t happen, but she offered to give me new lenses for free! I really appreciated her willingness to understand my complaints and work with me to find a solution.
A friend recommended clarity eye care to me and i'm so glad they did. I recently worked with a different eyewear company and had a terrible experience. The experience I had with clarity Eye Care was fantastic. They're curious kind helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I have a difficult prescription, but they were able to get my lenses perfect. I highly recommend working with clarity eye care.
I've never had a bad experience at Clarity Eye Care! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I don't have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. Dr. Armitage answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, and made me feel comfortable.However, I'm almost nervous about posting this review. While I was waiting after I got checked in, the staff were talking about a bad review that was left. That's all fine and dandy, but what rubbed me the wrong way is the gentlemen who started Googling different patients and talking about them loud enough to where I could hear.
