Dr. Felt is a gentle soul. He's very thorough and informative. The staff have anyways been professional and friendly which makes the trip to the eye Dr. that much more pleasant. The staff have also been knowledgeable about what items were covered under my insurance to ensure I get the best outcome. The location is nice and easy to find.I would recommend and have recommended Dr. Felt and Malbar Vision.
I am new to the area but my husband's family has been going to Malbar for years and my brother in law use to work there and still goes for his exams so I trusted his recommendation to go for our vision care. Everyone is so nice and caring and we actually enjoyed our visit even after being told how blind we were lol Dr. Felt was very informative and helpful and answered all our questions and help with our decision on the right course for healthy eyes. All the ladies are nice and caring and we'll definitely be back for our annual exams.
I like the staff they have here now! Dr Felt is awesome. My 8yr old was scared to come back after last years experience. She was totally comfortable. Ladies at desk very professional. Thank you ill bring my family here now..
