“After reading the two reviews prior I think this is a very small business type of feel. There is only one ophthalmologist which is why at time they are slow. They have struggled with short staffing on Saturdays which is why they're a bit slower then, but I will say you won't get this kind of care anywhere else. I have been coming here since I was little and the staff has seen me grow up. I walk in and they know who I am - even though I only come in once a year. They know my family and ask about my parents and they all really care so much. Yes this isn't your typical doctors office, and yes it's a bit packed with stuff in there, but the service you get is unmatched. I would recommend this to anyone who wants more of a caring small business vibe, otherwise go to the general clean offices that get you in and out in under 15 minutes. You're just a number there but here you are a client with a story that they want to learn about.“
