I had several companies try and sell me on new duct work, Doug simply pointed out that who ever did the original install of the ductwork did a poor job and just needed to be adjusted some. He represents and sells reputable products, versus products I never even heard of before. He is very professional, registers your product and just a good guy. He's not the cheapest, but he's not the most expensive but I found him to be the best value... and would highly recommend him and his service.“

“Absolutely the BEST.<br>Here's the latest story...<br>June 27th, 2024...AC unit started squealing last night about 10pm. House quickly was getting hot. I could see the fan was not turning, and the housing of the unit was very hot to the touch. I took a video and sent it by text to Bobby.<br>He texted back and told me to "turn off the unit", that they would try and get to us the next day.<br>By 11am the next morning, CJ was at the door, checking the unit.<br>It was a capacitor, which he had on the truck.<br>By 11:25am...again, the NEXT DAY...the house is cool and comfortable.<br>***This result happened in the midst of an extreme heatwave and drought, meaning EVERY HVAC company has to be absolutely slammed! Saturday morning and I am in a jam with no cooling, Jay calls me on the way to another job and takes the time to walk me through a fix. He had me with a 1/4 inch nut driver in my hand to help assess the issue. And he refused payment . In today's customer service world, "Who does that?" I have told over a dozen folks in the past 8 hours of my experience. Will use his company each and every time and share his company's name with others. What a nice guy. Still cannot get over it......“

We then called them to repair an exterior gas pack unit and level it after erosion was pulling it from the house. Their customer service is excellent.
