After calling the company that did the original install of our home we felt their “solution” wasn’t thorough and didn’t explain how it would prevent the condensation in the future. I decided to call Southern Seasons for a second opinion and I am so glad I did! Nick was very professional, friendly, and thorough in diagnosing the issue. He provided a detailed explanation for the recommended repairs and improvements to our system that would solve our condensation issue. Here's the latest story...
June 27th, 2024...AC unit started squealing last night about 10pm. House quickly was getting hot. I could see the fan was not turning, and the housing of the unit was very hot to the touch. I took a video and sent it by text to Bobby.
He texted back and told me to "turn off the unit", that they would try and get to us the next day.
By 11am the next morning, CJ was at the door, checking the unit.
It was a capacitor, which he had on the truck.
By 11:25am...again, the NEXT DAY...the house is cool and comfortable.
***This result happened in the midst of an extreme heatwave and drought, meaning EVERY HVAC company has to be absolutely slammed! Like nothing I've ever seen in that industry.
Can't recommend this company enough.
