Kasey and Josh are both very professional in that they work hard to keep up to date with their profession and then bring that into the massage room to help with your specific issues. Thai Massage is a Kasey specialty and it allows her to really get into the areas where I have had lifelong issues. After a few sessions, I can tell that those areas are really improving. I look forward to future visits.“

“Jennifer was amazing with our family. Sheridan Boyd expressed interest in doing beach yoga, we connected with Jennifer and she came to our beach house, we did 3 sunrise yoga sessions with her. Highly recommend her if you’re in this area or Ocean Isle, she is a school librarian in her school year life and just has a contagious calmnesss about her that makes you feel comfortable no matter what level of yoga you are.“
