What a great find in Shallotte. Kasey and Josh are both very professional in that they work hard to keep up to date with their profession and then bring that into the massage room to help with your specific issues. Thai Massage is a Kasey specialty and it allows her to really get into the areas where I have had lifelong issues. After a few sessions, I can tell that those areas are really improving. I look forward to future visits.
Kathryn is an amazing zumba instructor who connects instantly with her students. If you want someone you can easily follow with fun music, try her classes (Zumba and yoga). You will have fun and burn calories at the same time!
