Jennifer was amazing with our family. Sheridan Boyd expressed interest in doing beach yoga, we connected with Jennifer and she came to our beach house, we did 3 sunrise yoga sessions with her. Highly recommend her if you’re in this area or Ocean Isle, she is a school librarian in her school year life and just has a contagious calmnesss about her that makes you feel comfortable no matter what level of yoga you are.

Yoga on the beach with Jennifer Murphy today was wonderful! Beautiful ocean view, the sound of the waves, and a great instructor. Loved the sand on the knees for tabletop, but more difficult on the balance poses like tree. Highly recommend.
