“I love Club Pilates, Leland, NC! I started 3 months before a total knee replacement in August. My physical therapy was so much easier than with a previous knee replacement 5 years ago. I was back at Pilates 8 weeks after surgery. I am 70 and a bit short for my weight but am working on flexibility, strength, and balance. The instructors are great. No 2 classes are identical. I look forward to going and know I won’t injure myself.“

Jess is not only the owner but she is a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, a ray of sunshine, a wonderful person with a bright smile, but also an awesome ceramics instructor that makes everyone have fun and feel confident in their results. Yogi the studio dog is just as welcoming! I have been with this studio since I moved here 2 years ago and I also take her yoga classes when I have free time! An all in one place. “Had a lovely tasting this Friday evening. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Brian helped me pick out two bottles based on what I liked from the tasting and past wines. This will definitely be my go to local establishment for future wine tastings and purchases.“
