“If you haven't tried Prima Elements yet you are seriously missing out. They have the best tasting and healthiest vegan food/drinks out there. Their staff/the owners are also so nice and helpful. I definitely found a gem when I found this spot. Try their nachos- they are divine!!“

“This was my first time using an immersion therapy pool and the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff assisted through each step of the process. This was an excellent place to be introduced to the process.“

“Space Yoga is a welcoming new yoga studio in Fayetteville, starting to emerge despite the challenges of the pandemic. I have found the personnel to be open and accommodating. My first class was with Maddy, and outdoor session which was a refreshing change. Her flow and guidance was precisely needed for an evening class, relieving tension while easing into the evening. I appreciate a yoga instructor who gauges and assesses the right level of challenge to work toward balance. The second class was on Veterans Day. Meredith's vitalizing kriya was was followed by deft shoulder and back opening sequence. The class allowed each student to work on their own back bend practice while Meridith encouraged everyone equally. It was a wonderful experience, and to practice yoga alongside other service members is an honor.I can't wait to take more classes and learn from all the instructors at Space.“

“Darielle is a great trainer. I have over 30 years of history with personal trainers, from cross fit to strengthen and conditioning to running but Darielle yoga class has exceeded expectations. I have arthritis in my feet, knees, back and hands. My doctor recommended yoga and I didn't like the idea but it was part of my rehabilitation program. Once I started I saw change, I was able to work on flexibility, core and upper body strength. Soon I was doing things I never considered I could do.I went from not liking yoga, to be ok with it, to like it, to love it, to make it part of my life. Thanks Darielle.“

“Swedish Massage Before my appointment with Elyse, I had only been to spas designed for a retreat-like massage experience. I was unsure of how much I would enjoy a therapeutic massage without the extravagant oasis environment. I was pleasantly surprised. The massage I received from Elyse was exactly what my body needed. Her ability to locate, manipulate and soften the muscles that needed the most attention was excellent. My body could not have cared less where I was as she effortlessly worked through the stress I had been holding onto for who knows how long. Elyse's background in yoga shines through in her command of meditative techniques and her confidence and professionalism create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The money you save from letting go of the attachment to a spa getaway can be used on even more time on Elyse's table! I highly recommend booking an appointment without hesitation.“

“Great gym. They have most all the equipment you could need. Very clean facility, new machines, and good turf space. Like most gyms people don't clean up after themselves=put your weights up! Only thing I wish they had that I haven't seen is some strongman sandbags and loadable farmers carry bars. Great place to workout though!“
