Jennifer, answering the phone, made sure to keep us aware of when the technician would arrive. I was very impressed with our technician, Angel, who seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, saw the problem, and went to Lowe’s to get a part. Even though it was the end of the day, he came back and finished the job. I could not ask for a better technician or company to work with. Bring on the rain!“
