“You know, roofing is a tough business. I've had enough experience over the years to realize that in construction, it's rare that schedules happen on time. Best Choice Roofing did my roof, my parents roof, and a friends roof. There were delays on all three jobs, but the final outcome was great. I had numerous conversations with field managers and subcontractor schedulers that did a fairly good job. But, beyond a doubt, the glue to the Arden branch of Best Choice Roofing was Sherrie. The office manager I believe. Sherrie straighten out all miscommunications. Handled rescheduling. AND...held those boys feet to the fire to make sure things got completed.
