He came out, inspected the roof (which we knew needed replacing), provided a very reasonable estimate, outlined the scope of work, cleanup, etc., and offered to replace the rotted fascia board & to paint the newly installed fascia board for free. Additionally, ******** team were respectful of the Gutter Guard system we had installed about 6 years prior. Everything went exactly as planned, and we couldn't have been happier.
