Stormguard installed our roof and did a great job. However, we had a leak around the chimney. We called and got an immediate response. Jennifer, answering the phone, made sure to keep us aware of when the technician would arrive. I was very impressed with our technician, Angel, who seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, saw the problem, and went to Lowe’s to get a part. Even though it was the end of the day, he came back and finished the job. I could not ask for a better technician or company to work with. Bring on the rain!

Communications with the company is lacking, unreturned calls and texts etc. The roof installation went well and seems to be a good job. There are some things still unfinished, hopefully these will get done soon.
