Dr. Howard was quick to get us to the right people and place. “It took a few hours, but with any walk in place that is always expected. My dog was sick and I’m glad he could be seen. The cost was definitely reasonable compared to other vets in Jacksonville. My large pitbull has bad anxiety, and tends to freeze. The vet tech carried him back to the waiting room after his treatment, and did not even complain. I felt so bad! I didn’t get her name, but she was great. Most vets try to convince me to get extra services, or embarrass me for my dogs anxiousness. I’m so appreciative that they were so understanding, and truly seemed to care for my dog. All of the staff were great and the doctor was awesome.“
