“I recently visited the Vision Loft for the first time and had an exceptional experience. I was greeted and checked in by friendly staff, and called in to begin my pre-exam tests within 5 minutes. There are a few doctors available and I saw Dr. Ahua for my eye examinations. She was thorough and thoughtful in her communication about my vision status and rx options. Lastly, one of the staff who was very friendly and patient helped me with choosing eyeglass frames.All in all, I’m glass I choose to come here as opposed to a well known competitor because quality service is still hands down the best business practice.“

“The best!!! I walked in because the lovely lady at front desk smiled at me as I walked past.I went in to look at frames and she was so helpful and I wasn’t even a patient yet. I made an appointment and the customer service continued to wow me. Dr David is very thorough! Feel confident about my new prescription. They were so helpful as I was choosing new frames too.<br><br>Had the opposite experience at Vision Care, which was why I changed. The new Rx did not work and they were going to charge me again just to go back to my current Rx. They gave me a virtual Dr that I was not expecting which I think is why the Rx was off. The previous Dr had left and took all records. The staff that did intake and measurement never made eye contact and was on her phone. The supervisor in frames was reprimanding another employee while I looked at the frames. All around nothing good to say at any point about their service, attentiveness or professionalism.“

Kris, at the front desk is very knowledgeable and assisted me with choosing the right frames and lenses per my prescription. The team is engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide exceptional customer service. I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses (BOGO) with anti-glare, blue-light, and transition; my script calls for digital progressives. With a low additional charge towards my free pair for all the enhancements, I paid just a little bit more than I have in the past for just one pair of glasses. Highly recommend and will return.“

“My toddler son accidently poked me in the eye and it was one of the most painful things I had experienced. I looked up a local place that could make emergency eye appointments and found Northpoint! I have never needed to go to an eye Dr or eye center before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was blown away by how helpful, accommodating, and caring the whole office was. Initially they weren't able to get me in that day, but shortly after that call I got a call back saying they would be able to squeeze me in! I was so grateful for the help. I got the treatment and medicine I needed and just 24 hours later my abrasion already feels better! Thank you so much to the whole staff!“

“I and my momma ,Amy, came here quite a while ago and I will say it is one of the best, if not the best, eye centers we've been too. Everyone here was kind, professional and took everything into consideration. The exam was new to me as I've never had one done over the internet but it was very accurate. I nor my momma had had a single issue with or prescription. My momma got her frames there as she found pairs that were within our budget, I did not as I couldn't find anything within our budget to fit me (I'm kind of picky so that's my fault) but neither I or my momma have any complaints and will be happy to come back here again.“

I had to compromise with my lenses because yours were $144 over the limit despite my willingness to alter frame and other selection! . Examination staff was excellent“

All of the employees we have encountered have been patient, helpful and friendly. We will not consider going to any other optical store because of the consistently outstanding service provided at this location.“
