I recently visited the Vision Loft for the first time and had an exceptional experience. I was greeted and checked in by friendly staff, and called in to begin my pre-exam tests within 5 minutes. There are a few doctors available and I saw Dr. Ahua for my eye examinations. She was thorough and thoughtful in her communication about my vision status and rx options. Lastly, one of the staff who was very friendly and patient helped me with choosing eyeglass frames.All in all, I’m glass I choose to come here as opposed to a well known competitor because quality service is still hands down the best business practice.
2nd time visiting Vision Loft. Everyone was very kind and nice. The Dr Ashu was awesome and did a thorough eye exam. I received an exam for both contacts and glasses. Dr. Ashu provided me with various options for the contacts since I had a stigmatism. No other ophthalmologist has gone in such details. They just prescribed the regular old prescription. I definitely recommend this place and her associates were just as helpful.
Dr. Ahua and the staff are great. I have special eyesight conditions. They listened to me and addressed my issues with empathy and professionalism. I highly recommend their eye care and services.
