“Dr. House is not only super qualified, but gives excellent advice on various ways to Hydra your eyes at home. I have been Dealing with super dry eyes for the last five years. With a help of medication, fish oil pills, changing mascara & eyeshadow, no sleeping with the ceiling fan on at night, and sleeping on a silky pillowcase; I have seen a Drastic improvement! Dr. House Recommended all these changes to my sleeping environment. She also talked to me about the lack of estrogen since I’m going through menopause, because this can also cause your eyes to be very dry. Her guidance over the last five years has made all the difference in my life, and in my eye quality of care. You are blessed to have her as a doctor at this facility. “I had an appointment for an eye exam for new glasses today at the Northlake location. Everything went perfectly from the start. Receptionist was welcoming, warm & courteous. The lady who performed the pre-test, kind and thorough. The dr was amazing! She was well spoken, clearly knowledgeable in her field and took the time to explain anything I had questions about. So far, a perfect experience right? But, there's one more step-picking frames & ordering glasses. While waiting for my turn I picked out the frames I liked & took a seat & waited to be called. When I took my seat at her desk she asked if I'd be using insurance and I replied I would and told her what I had and she stated they didn't take that insurance. Mind you, the glasses I have now came from the same company (different location) and I used my insurance. Go figure! So with that cleared up, I gave her the frames I chose and she said, "They're so big"!. It kinda took me by surprise because they didn't look huge to me and then I started wondering why shouldn't I have big frames if that's what I liked. I've worn glasses since I was a child & never had a salesperson (not sure of her title) comment about my choice of frames & I didn't think it was her place to suggest what I bought from the store with MY $! She even made an odd look with her face. Now I was really at a loss for words! But we proceeded and I guess she eventually decided she had had enough say-so in MY business! I will continue to use this location because the dr and the rest of the staff made for a wonderful experience, but I will wait any length of time necessary for someone else to help me through the fitting & ordering process and if I'm ever asked why I wait, I will explain this experience to them.“
“At first glance, Innovative Eye Care seems like a beautiful place to get glasses but you'd be only half right. I had an eye exam for contact lenses there today and was really impressed after being warmly welcomed at reception. First, the practice was referred to me by my ophthalmologist at CEENTA (because CEENTA no longer does contact lens exams). Next, everyone with whom I interacted was friendly yet professional. Next, it was CLEAN! I felt like I could have eaten off the floor; for a medical practice that should be a given but it's not, so I don't want to take this for granted. Also, information they need prior to the appointment is easy to complete online before coming in, so I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and had time for coffee and a quick game on my phone. I feel like my eye exam was comprehensive and Dr. Krisa and Optemetric Tech Ania were very patient and professional. Last, as a teacher I have to look at pricing and I felt that it was very fair. Highly recommend for customer service, medical service and pricing.“
