Fantastic group to work with! I’ve historically gone elsewhere for the clinical part of vision care, and bought my glasses and contacts here. I had a number of issues occur with the clinical side this time around which directly affected the glasses and contact side. Nick and the group at Target Opticsl helped me work through everything they could on their end, and couldn’t be happier with the result! I’ll be coming back the next time around when I need my vision checked. Highly recommend for customer service and focus on the needs of the client!
The customer service of EVERYONE was OUTSTANDING, especially Dr. Smith. She was super courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me in depth. I felt cared for and informed. I highly recommend this particular Target Optical.
