At first glance, Innovative Eye Care seems like a beautiful place to get glasses but you'd be only half right. I had an eye exam for contact lenses there today and was really impressed after being warmly welcomed at reception. First, the practice was referred to me by my ophthalmologist at CEENTA (because CEENTA no longer does contact lens exams). Next, everyone with whom I interacted was friendly yet professional. Next, it was CLEAN! I felt like I could have eaten off the floor; for a medical practice that should be a given but it's not, so I don't want to take this for granted. I had the best experience with Innovative Eye Care as a new patient! They live up to their practice name by delivering top-notch technology and utmost care. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I began the exam with a technician, Miranda, and she carefully walked me through the process. Then, I met with Dr. Krisa, who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took time to ensure I understood the diagnosis. She demonstrated empathy, and it’s obvious she cares about her patients. I may have reviewed this establishment when I first went years ago. But today it just confirmed what a wonderful place this is. I wish I had gotten the names of the woman at the front desk, and the technician that helped adjust my frames - both could not have been nicer or more efficient. Such a pleasant experience. If you are looking for eyewear or an optometrist - look no further. Very professional!
