“What a serene experience. I tried to just focus on my breathing and keep my mind clear and I I was surprised how little intrusive thoughts popped up. Any soreness and pain from working out seems to be completely gone. I felt so refreshed as I sat at oxygen bar and sipped tea afterwards. My favorite part may have been when the music came on an and I started moving my body, literally every joint cracked and it was euphoric lol. Great overall experience! Will definitely go again“

“I came down to Southport for a family wedding and after a long work week needed some muscle/stress knots worked out. Stacy was able to get me in last minute due to a cancellation and I’d have to say that she gave one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. She worked out the sore areas that I addressed in the pre-treatment questionnaire, where other places I’ve been to just go through the motions and don’t spend time making sure you’re areas of concern are taken care of. Even though it may not look like much from outside, definitely don’t let that discourage you from making an appointment, the space was super relaxing and inviting as soon as you walked into the door. It was totally worth it and if I’m ever back in the area I’ll be supporting this small business again. Thank you Stacy!!“
“This I AM Aveda salon makes me want to MOVE to Carolina Beach from Los Angeles: I have only had two treatments here so far, Brie is my Hair Fairy, after she cut my hair and put the highlights back into my pixie, I realized I haven't gotten a great CUT for almost a year! She is a gem that's tugged away between CB and Wilmington, I would fly back just to get my hair done with Brie next time I am in the States! Tory gave me my first 90-minute hot stone massage I needed from my last massage two months ago: she applied perfect pressure, combined with the classic Aveda sensory journey and CBD oil on my foot. It was just what I needed, to PAUSE from my travel. This I AM Aveda Salon just feels like home, I know I am at the right place with great hands to take care of me, from head to toe.“
