“What a serene experience. I tried to just focus on my breathing and keep my mind clear and I I was surprised how little intrusive thoughts popped up. Any soreness and pain from working out seems to be completely gone. I felt so refreshed as I sat at oxygen bar and sipped tea afterwards. My favorite part may have been when the music came on an and I started moving my body, literally every joint cracked and it was euphoric lol. Great overall experience! Will definitely go again“
