What a serene experience. I tried to just focus on my breathing and keep my mind clear and I I was surprised how little intrusive thoughts popped up. Any soreness and pain from working out seems to be completely gone. I felt so refreshed as I sat at oxygen bar and sipped tea afterwards. My favorite part may have been when the music came on an and I started moving my body, literally every joint cracked and it was euphoric lol. Great overall experience! Will definitely go again

I had my first float last week and it was honestly the best experience of my life. It’s complete and total relaxation. Robin explained every detail, was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly and answered all our questions. The facility is spotless, the the ambience is immediately relaxing from the time you walk in, from the lighting and music, to the herbal tea and oxygen bar following the float. A massage feels like a pat on the back compared to a float! The whole experience feels like the ultimate in pampering, and I can’t wait to visit again and I’m definitely getting a membership. I’ve been floating for years and love the benefits of it. True Rest educated me even further, which I appreciated. The space was clean, inviting and relaxing. Loved the complimentary aromatherapy bar after my float.
